Shipping & Return Policy

We ship out orders Monday-Friday only excluding holidays.
• After an order has been placed, and processed we can not accept changes or cancellations to your order.
• All orders are shipped via USPS. Each order will take approx. 2-7 days to arrive and will include tracking information.
•Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If the address was incorrect at checkout, Nordland Tides,LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES that were confirmed as delivered via USPS
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO CUSTOMIZATION OF ITEMS
• NO RETURNS unless Hat Patch adhesion is defective

Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a hat patch detaches or fails due to a defect, we will gladly replace it with the same item at no cost to you. Your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship are our top priorities.
